Inside iPASS
Our Team
Our story began back in our teenage years, united by curiosity and passion for the power of the internet.
We started by building local city networks with friends — not just as a hobby, but as a mission to connect people better, faster, and smarter.
Years later, those friendships became lasting partnerships.
Today, we are a compact and dedicated team of up to 20 people, working with the same energy and mutual trust that brought us together from the very beginning.
We don’t have heavy administration.
You won’t go through layers of departments — you reach us directly.
You can call us at any time — even on weekends or late at night — on the same phone numbers we’ve had for the last 25 years.
We approach every project not just as professionals — but as people who care.
We work for you, like friends do — with focus, integrity, and full commitment.
An era of intelligent solutions
When you’re building small, large, or complex telecommunications ecosystems.
When you need to establish temporary but stable communication structures within hours.
When you’re transferring video, audio, sensitive or confidential data.
When you need to segment your networks, secure them — or simply… the printer won’t show up again.
When you’re delivering content to major TV stations and radio networks — from anywhere — and you don’t want to pay for expensive satellite transmission.
When everything feels hopeless.
When your mail server is compromised.
When your administration’s data is locked, and your teams across departments have lost faith that the workday can even begin…
We don’t have business hours.
We show up when you need us.
We restore. We rebuild. We secure.
We haven’t just built complete low-voltage systems for arenas, stadiums, hotels, and administrative buildings across Bulgaria — we continue to maintain and support their daily operations.
We handle both administrative needs and the full technical support for sporting events, forums, concerts, and other high-demand live productions.
Our scope covers fire alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, network and internet infrastructure, voice and television systems, and every other component of modern low-voltage architecture.
We have extensive, proven experience in the complete implementation of hotel complexes, business facilities, and high-tech environments.
We’ve built long-standing partnerships for live broadcast transmission with leading national television channels and radio stations.
Our Approach
We’ve learned that every system works — not just in theory, but under real conditions, under pressure, and in critical moments.
That’s why we don’t just design solutions — we test them, push them, and stand behind them when it matters most.
Our Mission
To keep systems running — even when everything else stops.
We design, secure, and support critical infrastructures with the understanding that failure is not an option.
Our mission is to respond fast, solve precisely, and act before others even realize there’s a problem.
We exist to be invisible when things work — and irreplaceable when they don’t..
Our Vision
To give owners, investors, executives, and managers the freedom not to think about their systems.
No calls. No meetings. No surprises.
We aim to be invisible — not because we hide, but because everything works.
So you can stay focused on growth, performance, and strategy — while we make sure your infrastructure stays out of the way and ahead of every problem.
We don’t ask for your attention. We earn your peace of mind.
iPass designs and delivers infrastructure and software solutions in collaboration with banks, law enforcement and riot control, sports federations, and private sector leaders.
